We are looking for a Contract Administrator for Sage Truck Driving Schools. Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining current contracts and administratively supporting the work for new contracts and agreements. Serve as the liaison for contract related questions to ensure all parties have a thorough understanding of the contractual terms and conditions, including the breakdown of cost and training hours. Direct responsibility for all travel trainers that support and serve contracts, to include but not limited to scheduling, managing per-diem, assisting with travel, and payroll oversight.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complies with all Federal, State, and institutional policies.
  • Administratively support the development of new and existing contracts and agreements.
  • Maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, student success, and partner satisfaction.
  • Supports contract timelines to help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Will disseminate outcomes to contract partners, according to set terms, in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Manage the scheduling of travel trainers to be able to service contracts.
  • Provide support for trainers while they are on assignment.
  • Manage the timely billing and invoicing for all contracts.
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for all contracts and company training events.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

  • An undergraduate degree or associate degree or 2 to 5 years of project management experience.

  • 1+ year of CDL training standards and regulations, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work successfully managing multiple contracts.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills; and the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills
