As an ITM Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring the department meets sales and service goals as established by the Credit Union.
• Managing benchmarks related to service, staffing, productivity, and corporate image.
• Supervising and training department staff, coaching employees to provide friendly and efficient service.
• Serving as a subject matter expert for ITM functionality, procedures, and transactions.
• Communicating with members and employees through diverse channels and resolving account issues.
• Maintaining and auditing general ledger clearings and verifying branch accounting totals.
• Conducting research on posting errors and discrepancies, making necessary adjustments.
• Making administrative decisions requiring deviation from policy and procedure.
• Scheduling staff meetings and monitoring vacation and leave time.
• Providing input for the department's annual budget and managing electronic systems.
• Ensuring compliance with electronic/virtual systems and serving as a liaison to vendors.
• Monitoring and submitting statistical data and reports.
• Leading staff in cross-selling techniques and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Salary Range:

This is an exempt position. The salary range starts at $74,891.55; actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule:

Must be available between the hours of 8 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday with the schedule more than likely being from 8-5 p.m. (opening schedule). Rotating Saturdays from 8 AM - 12 PM may also be required.

Education/Experience:

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field and two years of experience as a Member Service Officer (MSO), Member Support Specialist, or similar role, plus one year of supervisory experience is required.

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Complete and pass the Manager/Supervisor – Branch degree program of TFCU University.
• Complete and pass regulation tutorials.
• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU's chosen authority.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping the community.
• Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines, and check handling standards.
• Ability to locate, research, and resolve complex problems/errors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B, and Reg. Z.
• Understanding of business composition and ability to use Network Manager and core systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office operation environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including rotating Saturdays.
• Knowledge of TFCU history, code of ethics, products, and services.
• Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment.
