We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and cleanliness, making it essential for maintaining high standards in our facilities. As a Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for various housekeeping and custodial tasks that enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Perform housekeeping management duties, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, utilizing appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Uphold safety protocols while performing custodial duties to create a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of custodial duties, including industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for providing outstanding guest service.
