EXPERIENCED ADULT CLUB SHIFT MANAGERS NEEDED Looking for a manager for the one of the Hottest adult nightclub-restaurant in Atlanta. HIGH VOLUME LOCATION

POSITION SUMMARY The Restaurant/Bar Manager will promote and grow the business, hire, train, and schedule employees. Ensures that guests are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service. Work side by side with Day Shift Managers to manage inventory and resources and ensure quality and safety controls are being followed. Ability to work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations. In order to succeed, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving, observation, and interpersonal skills. This is a Full-Time salaried position. The hours will vary. 90% evenings and 50% weekend shifts.

  • Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote club offerings effectively.

Must-Haves:

  • 21+
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Personable, customer-focused, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with POS, inventory systems, staffing platforms, and basic reporting
  • Must have 3 years experience in a managers position in the hospitality industry, ex. hotel, restaurant, bar, nightlife.
  • Must be self motivated and able to motivate others during tough climates
  • Must be self disciplined, have consistency and follow through to execute each time.

Pay based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $47, $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
