Responsibilities
- Analyze account data to identify pain points and uncover opportunities for growth. Translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance account performance and drive business development.
- Promote company programs and events to clients, leveraging sales experience to effectively communicate and engage stakeholders, as well as support account strategies, ensure the successful promotion of programs and events, and drive the successful implementation of business initiatives.
- Deliver data-driven insights and apply industry best practices to optimize potential clients' management and business outcomes.
- Play a key role in outbound sales efforts, including the development and execution of outreach strategies. This includes sending targeted cold emails and conducting cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Travel for events and manage road appointments with high-profile clients. This includes planning, scheduling, and representing the company in face-to-face meetings to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Development team to ensure alignment and successful implementation of sales and analytics projects.
- Maintain a high level of adaptability and responsiveness to evolving business priorities. Make informed decisions that reflect organizational goals and contribute to overall success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; preferred background in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields (analytical foundation).
- 2+ years of experience in data management, analytical role
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- A background in retail or wholesale industries (B2C and B2B) is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Comfort with data analysis and presentation tools is essential.
- Experience with Mailchimp and CRM Software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient understanding of the consumer journey.

Pay range
The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $70,000 - $80,000 (yr);
however, base pay offered may vary "
within the range
" depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
A full range of medical, 401(k), and/or other benefits on the position will be offered on top of your base pay.
