is partnering with a leading, publicly traded company in North Atlanta on the search for an
Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
  • Lead general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals to drive performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Strengthen internal controls and maintain SOX compliance.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure smooth, efficient reviews.

Requirements:

  • Active CPA license required
  • 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Background in public accounting and/or a publicly traded company
  • Strong technical accounting expertise and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:
    $115,000 – $135,000 (plus annual bonus)
  • Schedule:
    Hybrid — work remotely three days per week
  • Benefits:
