Supply Chain Implementation Member

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Works under the VP of Implementation in support of company goals, contracts, and strategies. Able to travel extensively and meet demanding storeroom organizational efforts and material movement in various harsh environments ensuring "Best in Class" results. Strives to perform within "Scope of Work" and contractual parameters. Ensures all aspects of implementation timelines are adhered too, completed, and the site certification is accomplished prior to site operational status in conjunction with the General Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct accurate data collection activities during implementations
· Ensures accurate and successful operational launches
· Maintain a high level of accuracy and timeliness on all implementation processes as outlined in DXP Supply Chain Services (SCS) Implementation Timeline
· Be able to multi-task in a high pace project management environment
· Conduct storeroom organization, labeling, data collection in an Access based Data Collection Tool, and validation of parts as directed by the Strategic Mapping and Review Team (SMARTeam)
· Conduct implementation kick-off meetings and subsequent weekly status meetings with client stakeholders along with account General Manager
· Conduct interviews and make recommendations to the General Manager of potential candidates
· Conduct training of IMP personnel and schedule training through DXP University
· Accurate and timely communication at all levels to internal/external customers to include weekly reporting requirements
· Perform other tasks as directed by the VP of Implementation to ensure DXP SCS meets and exceeds customer service needs
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:
Formal written evaluation will be conducted annually. The standard DXP SCS evaluation form will be utilized. Project timelines being met along with successful operational launches will be a key measurement along with client service levels and expectations being exceeded.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
