About The Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Logistics Analysis to join our Transportation and Logistics Center of Excellence team. This individual will possess specialized knowledge in the fields of logistics, transportation and analytics. The process improvement analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality or internal/external customer satisfaction

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Support the implementation of the new third-party payment provider
  • Coordinate with IT, Treasury & AP depts to ensure smooth system integration between the new payment platform and existing ERP systems
  • Collaborate with the vendor to define system requirements, configuration settings & testing protocols
  • Oversee UAT to validate system functionality, data accuracy, and user experience
  • Manage data migration and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate transition from legacy systems
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the new payment workflows
  • Manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project goals with business priorities

Vendor & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the new vendor during onboarding & implementation
  • Facilitate regular meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Monitor vendor service levels and escalate any concerns or performance gaps

Operational Support & Process Improvement

  • Assess current workflows and identify automation or standardization opportunities
  • Implement metrics to measure adoption, performance, and efficiency of the new payment provider
  • Develop a continuous improvement roadmap for payment processes across Treasury, AP, and Logistics
  • Support day-to-day tasks such as data validation, invoice reconciliation, and process documentation
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve supply chain challenges & improve workflows

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years' experience in Distribution Centers, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Six Sigma, 5S Methodology &/or other Continuous Improvement Principles a plus
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
  • Minimum of 1 year working in project teams preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities with deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of business concepts: Business Logistics, Transportation, & Supply Chain Mngt
