Call Center Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer support, and assist clients with their inquiries and needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base.
Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week), plus paid break and paid training.
Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. No flexible schedule.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and resolving complaints
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-up, surveys, or sales opportunities
- Enter data accurately into company databases using Microsoft Office and other software tools
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions for quality assurance and reporting purposes
- Follow established call center protocols, including phone etiquette and communication standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and improve overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with sales techniques and upselling is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good phone etiquette, active listening skills, and patience when dealing with difficult customers
