Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Specialist to join our team on part time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a background in customer service, with an understanding of medical terminology being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products or services, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and to track customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish abilities are required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred; experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with call center software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • This is a part-time position.
