Responsibilities:

  • Managing the monthly end to end payroll process globally.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including maintaining employee payroll records , processing pay adjustments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Ensure that HMRC submissions are submitted on time and are reconciled to payroll and HMRC records
  • Leading and managing a team of payroll specialists, including providing direction and support, setting goals
  • Process VAT payments for contractors and ensure CIS statements are completed
  • Complete payroll year end
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in payroll management, and have managed a team previously
  • Experience of processing subcontractor payments would be highly advantageous
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with a track record of implementing and managing payroll systems.
  • Advantageous if you have knowledge about Oracle and ADP.ubmissions are submitted on time and are reconciled to payroll and HMRC records
  • Leading and managing a team of payroll specialists, including providing direction and support, setting goals
