Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Escrow Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate contracts and mortgage processes, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various parties to the transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and review closing documents, including contracts and settlement statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to escrow accounts.
  • Utilize basic math skills for calculations related to escrow balances and disbursements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in title insurance, real estate or mortgage processing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Experience with SoftPro software is an added bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
