Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence through effective territory management, lead generation, and strategic sales initiatives.

Duties

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective account management strategies.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct territory management by analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and optimizing sales routes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Upsell additional products or services during client interactions to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to conduct product demos effectively and explain technical features clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated skills in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing techniques that support business development efforts.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
