Overview
We are seeking a talented Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automated M&R apparel printing presses. This role requires proficiency in screen printing technique, Mock Process Prints up to 10 colors as well as standard spot colors. Please only respond to this ad if you are self starter and fully capable of the entire process of setting up, aligning screens and fully operating the press with the help of 1-2 assistants.
Responsibilities
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine artwork for screen printing projects.
- Ensure all prints meet quality standards by conducting thorough inspections throughout the production process.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage color matching and application of color theory to achieve desired results in printed materials.
- Assist in the preparation of screens, inks, and other materials required for production runs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in screen printing and graphic design to continuously improve skills and output.
- General maintenance and press cleaning.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of Automated Screen Printing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
