Perform advance material planning processes to ensure on time delivery of materials Analyze quantities of material required per demand to utilize material with maximum efficiency. Coordinate responsibilities with knowledge of processes and schedules associated with manufacturing Develop thorough knowledge of routing through internal manufacturing processes, material requirements, and lead times associated, and how to navigate Engineering drawings & communications. Create and release work orders and OVO orders with respect to production schedules Distribute work orders and purchase orders in a manner that supports Production as well as Service. Interface with engineering, production and QA personnel as needed to support the production value streams React with urgency and ownership to support changes while maintaining flow and efficiency of time and materials Prioritize work orders and OVO orders as needed to support production schedules Plan, Do, Act, Follow through, and Follow up High communication with office and production employees and customers Focus on accuracy, clarification, and efficiency while providing exemplary customer service.
