The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss in Van Wert, OH is actively seeking to hire a 3rd shift Tool Crib Attendant. This role centers on delivering excellent customer service to tool crib users, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The attendant will also be responsible for cataloging new inventory items as they arrive. Additional duties include operating a lift truck, unloading deliveries (including outdoor unloading in various weather conditions), and performing a variety of other related tasks as required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Open, receive, and promptly deliver UPS packages.
  • Oversee crib inventory levels and maintain accurate item data.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Store materials properly, utilize the PSMI Crib System proficiently, and accurately interpret crib order details.
  • Unload and transport incoming materials, and efficiently process receipts.

What We're Looking For

  • Possession of a High School Diploma or an equivalent General Education Development (GED) certificate
  • Excellent verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to clearly understand written instructions
  • Proficiency in executing basic mathematical calculations
  • Working knowledge of fundamental computer functions and common software applications
