We are looking for a results-driven Director of Acquisition Sales to lead a newly formed team focused on acquiring new customers. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine hands-on sales leadership with strategic influence to drive growth and shape our go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives, driving performance, coaching, and career growth.
- Build and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Track key sales metrics—conversion rates, pipeline health, and rep activity—to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create sales enablement content and co-sell on high-value opportunities.
- Report to executive leadership on performance, forecast outcomes, and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
- Experienced sales leader (Director level preferred) with a proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales—hosting experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of successful selling experience with expertise in outbound/new customer acquisition.
- Skilled at building, mentoring, and retaining top-performing teams.
- Strong operational mindset: pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and process development come naturally.
- Collaborative, cross-functional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
