Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics, and will be dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to client success, and the ability to motivate individuals in both one-on-one and group settings.

Duties

  • Develop individualized training programs tailored to clients' fitness levels and goals.
  • Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current physical condition and track progress.
  • Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
  • Lead group fitness classes that engage participants and promote a healthy lifestyle.
  • Offer guidance on nutrition and wellness strategies to enhance overall health.
  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment, adhering to health club standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new training techniques, and certifications.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design.
  • Experience in personal training or sports coaching is highly desirable.
  • Ability to teach physical education concepts effectively in both individual and group settings.
  • Sales experience in fitness or health club environments is a plus.
  • Certification from a recognized personal training organization is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to continuous learning.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
