Design Quality Assurance (DA) Internship
Maple Grove, MN

About the Role:
Partner with Design Assurance and R&D Engineers and Technicians in the development and verification of Medical Single Use Devices and/or Medical Capital Equipment. Work with high-performance cross-functional sustaining team to ensure safety, quality and compliance of launched products while continuously improving their commercial value through end-of-life.

- Review of product specifications and design documentation
- Review design verification and validation documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Materials
- Must graduate between Fall 2026 and Spring 2028
- Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship
- Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th – August 7th OR May 26th – August 14th
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN Boston Scientific Corporate location
- Engineering.
- Lab experience from classes or research.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.

Minimum Salary: $ 47,840
Maximum Salary: $ 97,760
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see —will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
