Organizational Change Manager

Looking for someone with a strong organizational change management background, and experience building change strategies and executing change plans end-to-end.
Qualifications:
- 5- 7+ years' experience developing training and change management strategies – to include all pillars of change management: leadership alignment / stakeholder management, change impact analysis, change readiness, communications, training, post-go live support, and sustainment.
- 3+ years in a banking/financial institution is required
- Must have strong OCM/Organizational Change Management experience with a focus on the execution
- Must have both Communication / Training experience - for conveying the benefits of change, creating awareness, and addressing concerns or resistance (ADKAR model)
- PROSCI certified is good, but paired with an OCM background
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan that includes clear objectives, timelines, and metrics for success
- Proficient in use of MS tools incl PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree is required
