As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a bustling retail location, you will conduct routine driving patrols to help deter security-related incidents and create a reassuring presence for employees and visitors. You will interact with the public, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter potential security-related incidents.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
• Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and interacting with staff and visitors as needed.
• Work collaboratively with store personnel and/or members of the public to address concerns or provide assistance as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
