Title: Senior Product Manager - Finance Fraud & Risk

Locations: Fully Remote, anywhere in the US

Duration: Contract (4+ Months)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver configurable, scalable, and secure solutions for financial institutions.

Build a vision, strategy and own a multi-year product roadmap. Drive growth, product strategy and execution.

Drive disruptive innovative solutions in a customer centric environment. Break vision into phases, prioritize and drive backlogs for launch with your dedicated engineering partners.

Own instrumentation, and data and analysis for your products to drive deep understanding, innovation and product plans.

Work in a fast-paced agile environment. Work with internal project stakeholders from marketing, sales, operations, community and executive management to translate customer needs into a product.

Work closely with engineering to own and dive deep into backlogs, definition of done and technical details.

Lead extensive framework of experimentation in order to drive customer impact.

Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience in financial services or banking technology, with a strong focus on financial risk management, fraud and data.

Experience working with fraud risk management service providers, including real time decision providers, communication services, client onboarding vendors.

Hands-on experience with fraud strategy product development, focusing on transactional fraud mitigation, customer onboarding, and full customer digital fraud experience.

Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to engage effectively with engineering and architecture teams.

Strong analytical skills and experience applying data-driven decision-making and experimentation frameworks to iterate and improve products.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
