Day Shift
Purpose Statement/Position Summary:
The Supervisor will provide direct supervision of at least two team members in collaboration with direct leader and leadership team and oversee the performance of an entire team, program or work area. The Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations and assigned tasks to reach broader department or organizational goals. The Supervisor participates, with direct leader and leadership team, in determining program/staffing levels, and needs, and makes adjustments when appropriate and approved. Collaborates with the Manager to implement plans addressing quality improvement, advancement of care delivery, and customer satisfaction. Serves as a work area leader in collaborative relationships with physicians and other members of the interprofessional team.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience
- Required:
- 4+ years of recent healthcare experience.
- Experience initiating and evaluating operational initiatives to improve quality, throughput, and care.
- Ability to lead others and apply organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles pertaining to the area of responsibility and patient populations.
- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully verbally and in writing.
- Preferred:
- 3-5 years of experience in pediatrics.
- Previous leadership, supervisory and fiscal management experience.
Education/Licensure/Certification
- Required:
- California occupational therapy licensure (OT or OTA)
- Master's degree in occupational therapy, related healthcare discipline, or MHA/MBA
- BLS/CPR through American Heart Association
- Preferred: Board certification in relevant area.
Pay Scale Information
$116,189.00-$199,181.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
