This isn't a "coffee run" kind of internship. It's a front-line, full-throttle, fast-paced fan experience machine where every night at Mtn Dew Park feels like a brand-new show. You'll work side-by-side with our Director of Promotions & Entertainment to plan, script, and execute the wild, weird, and wonderful moments that make Thrillville the most talked-about team in the Prospect League.

The Thrillbillies have been finalists all three years of their existence for Stadium Experience of the Year in the Prospect League, winning 2 out of those 3. From running on-field promotions and hyping up the crowd to curating the team's social media personality, we are looking for someone to continued the tradition and help craft unforgettable experiences that keep fans laughing, cheering, and coming back for more.

What You'll Do
  • Work alongside the Director of Promotions & Entertainment to develop and deliver one-of-a-kind theme nights and game-day experiences.
  • Create and manage social media content that captures the voice, humor, and excitement of the Thrillbillies brand.
  • Assist in building game-day scripts using ShoFlo Event Management Software for PA, production, and entertainment teams.
  • Collaborate with sponsors to design engaging in-game promotions that deliver value and fun.
  • Support community outreach and local business engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with our Thrillettes, mascot crew, and on-field hosts to bring entertainment to life.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to fans throughout the park — every night, every guest, every game.

What You'll Need
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence to engage with fans, families, and sponsors in a high-energy environment.
  • Creativity and adaptability — no two days (or innings) are the same.
  • Organizational skills to juggle multiple moving parts under pressure.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and on your feet in varying weather conditions.
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and sense of humor, all mandatory.

The Details
  • Stipend: $750/month
  • Schedule: Attendance is required at all home games and major events at Mtn Dew Park. Expect long hours and plenty of fun.
  • Days Off: Granted throughout the season to help balance the pace.
