Secure one of the highest-paying Flatbed opportunities available We are seeking experienced, safety-focused OTR drivers ready to maximize their income as 1099 Independent Contractors using new equipment.

Compensation & Growth (1099 Contractor)

  • Growing Pay: Start strong with the choice of 70 CPM or 27% of gross revenue.
  • Built-in Raises: Receive a 1% increase every 1–2 months, ensuring your income grows consistently.
  • Top Net Income: Consistently take home over $2,500 net per week.
  • High Gross: Routes provide exceptional stability, averaging $8,000–$10,000 gross revenue weekly.
  • Constant Miles: Run a reliable 3,000–4,000 constant miles every week.

Requirements & Expertise

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of Class A CDL OTR experience with at least 6 months of verifiable Flatbed experience.
  • Stability: No more than 3 employers in the past year.
  • Skill: Must be highly proficient in securing loads with straps and chains, and capable of tarping loads when necessary.
  • Commitment: Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and customer service are essential.
  • Clean Record: Must have a clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.

Schedule & Equipment

  • Schedule: Consistent OTR schedule requires drivers to be out 3–4 weeks at a time.
  • Equipment: Drive New Equipment on all routes.
