Position Overview

Balance of Nature is looking for a Compliance & Reports Coordinator to join our team in St. George, Utah. In this role, you'll handle sensitive information, analyze reports, and support our internal processes by identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of making balanced, unbiased decisions while maintaining confidentiality.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, document, and process all incoming reports accurately and efficiently

  • Investigate and analyze each report to determine next steps or resolutions

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

  • Maintain and update report databases to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Escalate high-priority or sensitive matters to the Inspections Manager

  • Collaborate with other departments to support ongoing improvement initiatives

  • Experience in reporting, data entry, or quality assurance is a plus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour + Commission & Bonuses
