Senior Graphic Designer

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer as a full-time employee. This role is onsite 5 days per week in the City of Chicago. This person will have a strong background in design, typography, visual hierarchy and have the ability to provide creative leadership to junior creatives and freelance talent.

Responsibilities & Capabilites

• Hands-on design experience in both print and digital. Executing email, web, social and print deliverables
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion, leading other multi-disciplinary creatives (video editors, animators, other designers, etc.), executing projects on-time and within budget
• Take high-level creative briefs and create actionable design strategies with clear direction and executional detail
• Experience art directing videos with an understanding of Adobe Premier Pro
• Ability to follow brand guideslines with great detail
• Manage vendor relationships, including agencies, freelancers, and print production partners
• 6-8 years of experience
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design required

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
