Our full-service Reflections Spa & Salon offers guests a tranquil and rejuvenating experience, and we're seeking a friendly, organized, and guest-focused Spa Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our spa guests. Reports To: Spa Manager

Job Purpose: To uphold consistency during key service times and supports the overall guest experience and team efficiency.

Job Summary: A part-time Front Desk Spa Associate supports smooth spa operations by warmly welcoming guests, making appointments, managing check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating schedules to ensure seamless service flow. This role is essential in setting the tone for each guest's experience and maintaining the spa's professional, calming atmosphere.

Salary: $15.00/hour plus opportunities for commission and tips.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all spa guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments using our booking system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain knowledge of all spa services, products, and promotions
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately handle payments
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and stocked with brochures and materials

  • Someone who is reliable for Friday mornings and Saturdays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or spa environments is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Availability

  • Working Friday 9am-1pm, and Saturdays 9am-6pm: looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
