We're working hard to find a 'results oriented' part-time leader to help manage our Pleasant Hill location and be head honcho when our Store Managers are not around

This is where you come in…

We're looking for a Shift Lead to help lead our Pleasant Hill Store The Shift Lead models our commitment to our customers & other team members. They lead the daily operations of the store and challenge our team to uphold our mission every day

Your background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You Should have:

• Previous experience leading associates and other leaders
• Strong team building & communication skills
• Retail Point-of-Sale Experience
• Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with various layers of the company
• Demonstrate ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge
• Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours
• Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customers' expectations (Welcoming)
• Persuasive, builds enthusiasm, and inspires the customer to buy (Engaging)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals preferred
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency
• Excellent organization & attention to detail
• Understand what it means to be customer-centric in your approach to everything
• Good at all Microsoft Office programs
