Select Sales Bakersfield is dedicated to helping our clients grow their business development and sales initiatives through in-person, face-to-face sales and outreach techniques. This is a direct, customer-facing role where you will be engaging with people at their residences, discussing their internet and service needs, and helping them find the best AT&T solutions available.

We're looking for individuals who are not only confident communicators, but also approachable, personable, and professional. You should feel comfortable initiating conversations with new people, actively listening to their needs, and providing clear, compelling information to help them make confident buying decisions.

AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and process sales for client products and services through face to face communication and direct customer contact
  • Train with our top executives to understand our clients, services, and company goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and fellow AT&T Sales Representatives
  • Utilize current knowledge to create and implement strategies that will increase company revenue and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
  • Professionally represent the company and abide by all company policies when interacting with customers

AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, business development, management, marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional at relationship building and communication with new and existing clients
  • Ambitious and looking to gain experience in the business world long-term
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive business revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Eager to collaborate in a team environment

Overview:

  • Job Location: Bakersfield, CA
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Products/Services: Partnered with AT&T to promote and enroll customers in their new wireless and internet services
  • Compensation: Commission-based — average earnings range from $80-$155 per unit sold, with most employees completing at least one sale per day

Note: Applicants must be able to commute to our Bakersfield, CA office on a daily basis.
