Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasadena, TX, for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for vehicle repairs, including assessing damage, collecting necessary documentation, and determining parts and labor costs. Daily tasks include collaborating with the service team, ensuring estimates meet company standards, communicating effectively with customers and insurance providers, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves providing a high level of customer service while ensuring timely and efficient operations.

Strong preference in updating Customers and keepingthe repair plan updated in CCC.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in damage assessment, cost estimation, and repair analysis
  • Strong organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle repair processes, parts, and industry standards
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant software or estimating tools for the automotive industry
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in automotive repair estimation is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus
