Position Summary
The Program Coordinator will oversee the Benco school's program. This role will be instrumental in coordinating activities for our Solutions Team, ensuring efficient management of school kits, and supporting various outreach efforts, including social media and newsletters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to engage with schools and internal stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and social media management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database management systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
  • Passion for education and a commitment to supporting schools and educational initiatives
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and needs of the organization

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Manage the Practice Lifecycle lead pipeline
  • Coordinate the implementation and execution of the school and start-up programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
  • Collaborate with the solutions team to develop and refine program materials, ensuring they meet educational standards and program objectives
  • Work with key partners and internal stakeholders to ensure that start-up leads are managed efficiently throughout their experience
  • Monitor program metrics and provide regular reports on program performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for schools participating in the program, providing prompt support and addressing inquires or concerns
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in education and school programming to enhance the effectiveness of the programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operations of the department and company

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • 1-3 years experience in communications and/or business administration required
  • Experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles
