We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and determined Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and traffic into our showroom enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Your contributions will be vital in promoting our services and expanding our customer base & will be rewarded accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound sales efforts to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Utilize VinSolutions CRM software to track interactions, engage with customers, manage the incoming sales leads, and maintain accurate records/notes of customer information.
  • Conduct cold calling and follow-up communications to nurture leads and drive high-end sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales/BDC Sales team to develop strategies for upselling products and services.
  • Maintain inventory control by accurately reporting on product availability and assisting with inventory management tasks.
  • Utilize public speaking skills during presentations or meetings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in automotives BDC sales, as well as the VinSolutions CRM software. ~ Required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is essential for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this role & will be rewarded accordingly.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for successful interactions with clients.
  • Experience in marketing or retail sales will be beneficial for understanding customer needs and driving engagement. Join our team as a Business Development Center Representative where your skills will contribute significantly to our growth and success
