POSITION SUMMARY
The Outside Sales Representatives will be expected to take an entrepreneurial approach to develop new business based on their own long-term strategic relationships to grow revenue and profitability. Responsibilities will be to uncover sales opportunities, develop new business, increase sales penetration and profits within the accounts that you service, develop knowledge of the products and services we offer at Midland Paper and provide information to build strong collaborative relationships.
Qualifications:

Proven ability to develop and execute a sales plan to reach target accounts.

Recognize customer needs, strong proven presentation skills; and ability to effectively manage a sales territory and the selling process.

Required experience is a minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the paper and/or packaging industry with a successful track record of documented gross trade margin increases year over year.
