Quality Assurance Specialist

Koniag Tech Infrastructure Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support KTIS and our government customer. This is a remote position.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Develop comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts Conduct unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing
- Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and coordinate with stakeholders Validate system functionality against business requirements and user stories
- Perform regression testing for system updates and enhancements Document and track defects through resolution
- Conduct accessibility testing to ensure Section 508 compliance Test system integrations
- Support business process analysis and requirements validation Create test data sets and manage test environments
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing estimates for user stories Develop automated testing scripts where applicable
- Validate performance metrics and system reliability requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Experience with business analysis and requirements validation
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with Agile testing practices and tools
- Proficiency in test case design and execution
- Knowledge of federal IT security requirements and testing
- Experience with cloud-based application testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and systems
