Room service is one of the little luxuries that guests look forward to when staying at one of our properties, and an In Room Dining Server facilitates that experience and delights in bringing joy to others. Courteous, expeditious, and meticulous, this individual ensures that orders are accurate and delivered to the room with proper accoutrements.

This individual's expertise goes beyond understanding of the menu; it dives much deeper into a passion for food, the local culture, and human connection. They can solve problems diplomatically and are able to create a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.

Requested Tasks

  • Take down guest orders accurately
  • Prepare guest orders ensuring it is placed securely and in appealing way
  • Deliver orders to guests
  • Collect and clear dirty dishes

  • Complete payment for orders

  • Guest-first mentality

Requested Capabilities

  • Prior service experience highly preferred
  • Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to carry food and drink trays
  • An understanding of discretion as you will be entering guest rooms as needed
  • Approachable, friendly and professional
