We're hiring a Full-Time Jewelry Sales Consultant who is professional, coachable, and motivated to build a career. If you enjoy working with people, love learning, and want a role where you can grow your income through performance, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver a friendly, professional, relationship-driven customer experience
  • Help customers choose engagement rings, fine jewelry, watches, and gifts
  • Learn diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry basics (we will train you)
  • Build repeat business through follow-up and community relationships
  • Work as part of a team to meet monthly goals (and earn more)

What We're Looking For

  • Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Professional presence and communication
  • Coachable mindset and strong work ethic
  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable in a performance-based role (commission + goals)
  • Available for a retail schedule including some weekends and peak seasons

(Nov. 1–Jan. 1, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day)

Jewelry experience is a plus, but not required.

GIA students/graduates welcome.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated total pay: $40,000–$70,000 per year (base + commission, based on performance)

Schedule

Full-time retail schedule including some Saturdays and peak seasons.
