Three Rivers Nursery School is looking to hire an additional full time preschool teacher to start on January 5, 2026. This individual is responsible for planning and implementing curriculum, meeting the social, emotional, and developmental needs of the children in their care, communicating with parents, and writing assessments. The ability to collaborate with other teachers, as well as a curriculum coordinator, Occupational Therapist, ABA and SLP is necessary. Curriculum is written to meet the MA State Frameworks with the support of the Curriculum Coordinator.

In order to apply you must currently hold Teacher qualifications through EEC or have the credentials to apply. Love of children, creativity, patience and classroom experience is a must. A minimum of an Associate's degree or CDA is preferred, but we are willing to work with the right candidate if they are looking to grow professionally.

About Three Rivers:

The Wachusett Reservoir is formed by three bodies of water: the Quinapoxet river, Stillwater river, and the Quabbin Aqueduct. These three rivers come together to create something with far more depth than when they stand alone. The reservoir is the community landmark that inspired our name.

Three Rivers Nursery School symbolizes the three elements that stream into our building: the teachers, the children, and the families. Together we create a community committed to educating and nurturing children on their individual developmental paths, and supporting families and teachers in the work they do to create a strong home-to-school partnership.

We are located in the Wachusett Plaza property, at 186 West Boylston Street in West Boylston. Hours of operation are 7:00-5:30, and the school consists of 9 classrooms, infants through school age.
