Compliance Intern

Fluke is looking for a Compliance Intern to join us in Everett, WA for summer 2026 As a Compliance summer intern on the regulatory compliance team, you will support and lead problem solving efforts to help improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of global regulatory compliance processes, procedures, tools and systems, their integration with engineering improvements and/or help define and implement effective daily management to ensure Fluke's products comply with the latest global product safety and regulatory requirements.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, likes to collaborate cross functionally, asks questions, learns new systems and processes and communicates well with others in multiple formats.
Responsibilities
- Analyze regulatory compliance processes and procedures and lead problem solving activities in collaboration with other stakeholders to drive sustained improvements across the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of improvements to processes, procedures, tools and systems.
- Utilize the Fortive Business System (FBS), incl. the Problem Solving Process, Kaizen activities, Daily Visual Management and/or others as part of the project.
- Work with necessary personnel in engineering and operations and coordinate the implementation of process best practices and daily visual management to ensure sustainment.
Requirements and skills
- Must be able to work on site at Fluke's headquarters in Everett, Washington.
- Good organizational skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Desire to ask questions and learn new processes.
- Strong communication, leadership skills preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong sense of integrity.
- Ability to take direction but also provide ideas for improvements.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams).
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in engineering, science, operations, or related field. Graduating December 2026 or later.
- Six sigma and/or lean continuous improvement skills preferred
- Project management as well as coding skills a plus
