27J is seeking a dynamic middle school principal.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A valid Colorado Department of Education Principal License.
  2. The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.
  3. The ability to facilitate and coach a high-functioning team.
  4. The ability to define roles and share responsibility to move the school vision forward.
  5. The ability to seek out and engage the perspective of others.
  6. The emotional intelligence to understand others' needs and provide support.
  7. The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).  
  8. A belief in empowering all children as owners of their learning.
  9. Ability to lead and actualize the 27J Schools Thinking Classroom
