Senior Creative Project Manager- Medical Device

Job Summary:
The Senior Creative Project Manager supports brand initiatives by guiding cross-functional creative teams to develop impactful, multi-channel marketing solutions. This role oversees complex, high-visibility projects and ensures alignment with strategic objectives. The position requires a proactive professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of creative workflows, and the ability to translate insights into effective campaigns. The selected candidate will mentor junior team members and lead project management methodologies across the creative organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with strategists, creative directors, writers, and designers to develop creative campaigns and content that engage target audiences and strengthen brand presence.
- Lead multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business partners and creative team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Define roles and responsibilities across the project lifecycle and ensure alignment among all contributors.
- Document project plans, maintain project management files, and ensure all project documentation remains complete and current.
- Manage scope changes and facilitate formal project close-out activities.
- Support project assessments and share lessons learned to improve overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Operations to support forecasting, tracking, reporting, and oversight of project budgets and metrics.
- Identify project risks and opportunities proactively and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
- Guide creative teams to develop ideas that reinforce brand values.
- Apply strategic thinking to ensure work connects and aligns with broader brand initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in a creative agency environment; experience within healthcare is preferred.
- Background in communications, advertising, or marketing agency settings is beneficial.
- Strong proofreading skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing tools, and database management.
- Experience using project management software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in a related role.

Pay Range: $40/hr to $45/hr
