Director Enterprise Solutions

firstPRO is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems & PMO who can be a senior IT leader responsible for shaping the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise application ecosystem. This role is responsible for guiding the vision, implementation, and continuous evolution of enterprise applications—ensuring they effectively support business goals, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
This leader will oversee three key areas: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), the Project Management Office (PMO), and Reporting & Analytics, while fostering collaboration across departments to streamline processes, improve system adoption, and promote a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Systems Leadership
- Direct the full lifecycle of ERP initiatives—from planning and implementation to optimization and support.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure systems and capabilities align with enterprise objectives and evolving needs.
- Manage ERP architecture, system governance, and vendor relationships to ensure long-term stability and scalability.
- Uphold data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness across all enterprise platforms.
- Lead the PMO to ensure consistent project execution, governance, and reporting standards.
- Oversee prioritization and delivery of technology and business transformation projects.
- Coach project managers, promote best practices, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Define and implement a data and analytics strategy that enables timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Oversee the development of dashboards, KPIs, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support both operational and executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the organization's data assets are trusted, accessible, and strategically utilized.
- Build and sustain a network of process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) across key functional areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Workforce Management.
- Lead process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion user enablement through comprehensive training and communication programs that promote effective system adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including direct oversight of ERP programs.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical understanding of ERP platforms (e.g., IFS, SAP), project management frameworks, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management abilities with a focus on collaboration and business impact.
