We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who's ready to jump in, get organized, and keep our people and processes running smoothly. You'll be part of a team that values authenticity and accountability just as much as skill and experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations — onboarding, benefits coordination, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating job postings, interviews, background checks, and new-hire paperwork.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure smooth communication between field and office teams.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll, attendance, and timekeeping processes.
  • Provide professional, confidential support to employees on HR-related questions.
  • Help plan and support company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in refining HR systems and workflows as the company continues to grow.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of HR, administrative, or office coordination experience (or equivalent background).
  • Working knowledge of HR fundamentals and employment laws.
  • Strong computer skills — proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Comfortable using or learning HR software platforms (we use modern tools — not paper stacks).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; you can relay information professionally and efficiently.
  • A steady, solution-oriented mindset — you keep calm, stay thorough, and make things happen.
