We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals in their daily activities, helping them to develop life skills, and providing guidance and support in a respectful and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to helping them reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Assist with communication, behavior management, and socialization skills.
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $16.50 per hour
