Automation and Integration Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Technical Consulting & Research:
- Serve as internal AI advisor, researching and evaluating emerging technologies and tools.
- Support business units with basic AI-related questions under guidance.
- Assist in presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Attend industry conferences and work to develop knowledge of AI/automation developments.
- Support vendor interactions and help evaluate new technology solutions.
- Learn to translate business requirements into functional automation solutions and system integrations.
- Assist in building custom integrations between gaming systems, hospitality platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Support development of automation solutions and intelligent agents for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units (marketing, finance, operations) to learn and support AI-driven process improvements.
- Utilize low-code and no-code platforms to rapidly develop and deploy automation solutions, reducing traditional development time and enabling faster business response.
- Work with data warehouse teams to understand AI tool integration with organizational data through platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Support maintenance and enhancement of existing automation infrastructure and real-time data systems.
- Assist with IT-specific integrations, tools, and development projects.
- Provide technical support for deployed solutions across property operations under supervision.
- Help document solutions and support training of service desk and application support teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support with guidance.
Collaborative Environment This position will work closely with IT team members across the organization on enterprise-wide initiatives and shared technical challenges under mentorship and guidance. Some projects will span multiple business entities under the governance of a steering committee, providing excellent learning opportunities for cross-team collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- 1-3 years of software development experience or recent graduate with demonstrated programming ability.
- Exposure to modern development environments and version control (Git, Visual Studio Code).
- A strong understanding of APIs and system integrations, including RESTful services, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data transformation techniques.
- Strong communication skills with eagerness to learn how to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently and adapt quickly.
- Must be eligible for Nevada gaming license (background check required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools.
- Experience with process automation tools and workflow platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern integration patterns.
- Previous experience working in matrixed or cross-team environments.
- Consulting or customer-facing technical role experience.
- Gaming or hospitality industry experience.
Technical Environment:
- Emphasis on low-code/no-code development platforms to enable rapid prototyping and deployment of automation solutions.
- Primarily Microsoft on-premises environment with Office 365 and Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio.
- Evolving toward cloud-based services and modern integration platforms.
- Gaming and hospitality-specific systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Existing data warehouse infrastructure requiring integration with AI tools.
