Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join our dealership as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will assist the dealership with setting up customer appointments and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and some related experience (customer service, sales, call center, etc.). Candidates must be skilled at building positive relationships with customers over the phone or via email. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good computer skills are required.
