The Vermont Department of Labor exists to improve the lives of working Vermonters. We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and results-oriented individual to serve as a Job Center Specialist II (JCS II) in the Northeast Region. This position supports both our Newport and St. Johnsbury offices and requires regular travel throughout the region to meet the needs of jobseekers, employers, and community partners. Professionalism, integrity, and compassionate customer service are required in all interactions.

The JCS II will balance daily service delivery with proactive community engagement, supporting initiatives that expand opportunities for individuals ages 14-24 while simultaneously assisting adults seeking employment, re-employment, or career advancement.
