About Us

Garrison Prime partners with major telecom providers to deliver fiber and wireless services to new and existing customers. We are expanding in the Fort Worth area and hiring motivated Sales Specialists to join our team immediately.

Job Summary

As a Sales Specialist, you will meet with customers daily to discuss service options, open new accounts, and upgrade existing accounts. Training and team meetings are held virtually, but customer appointments are conducted in person, so personal transportation is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily in-person customer appointments

  • Open new accounts and upgrade existing customer services

  • Participate in daily virtual meetings (Zoom)

  • Manage leads and maintain accurate records

  • Explain available fiber and wireless products and upsell services

  • Follow all sales and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–5 years of sales or customer service experience

  • Associate's degree or higher

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Drive

  • Leadership or training experience

  • Telecom, field sales, or customer engagement experience
