As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating various machines to produce high-quality components. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Safety Adherence: Prioritize safety by following all company safety standards and procedures. 
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand production requirements. 
  • Machine Operation: Operate machines efficiently and effectively, ensuring optimal performance. 
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by carefully monitoring the production process. 
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and address machine malfunctions promptly. 
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal condition. 
  • Production Planning: Plan and sequence operations to achieve desired precision and tolerances. 
  • Material Preparation: Prepare raw materials for production. 
Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. 
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
  • Valid DL or State ID (required)
  • Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.

Experience: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. 
  • Welding experience (preferred)
  • Plasma table knowledge 
  • CNC machine knowledge
