Le Cleanup Solutions is seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to perform residential and commercial cleaning services. Contractors have the flexibility to accept service opportunities based on their availability and areas of coverage.

The ideal contractor is self-motivated, punctual, and professional, with a strong sense of cleanliness and attention to detail. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface disinfection
  • Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Clean glass surfaces and dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
  • Remove trash and recycling
  • Maintain cleanliness and care of company-provided equipment when used
  • Communicate any safety concerns, hazards, or maintenance needs
  • Follow client-specific instructions and industry-standard safety practices
  • Travel to various service locations using own transportation

Requirements

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and pulling
  • Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background check

Additional Information

  • Cleaning supplies and equipment may be provided by Le Cleanup Solutions for convenience but contractors are typically expected to use their own tools and materials
  • Contractors are responsible for transportation to and from client sites
  • Contractors represent Le Cleanup Solutions and are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all service locations
  • Contractors must have a smartphone to receive job requests and updates through the company app
